HOPLONGGROUP is the parent organization to several major local businesses in Vietnam, including Antshome, Mai Che Phu Quy, and Tan Viet Martial Arts Uniform & Equipment.
My Role
I initially helped design the HLG website as a freelance developer, and later came on as marketing manager.
Led team of five in SEO/SEM traffic improvement efforts resulting in 5x increase in revenue, 5x increase in monthly organic traffic & 4x increase in YoY conversion rate
Leveraged data from customer service reps to build 60-page customer experience documentation
Spearheaded complete website redesigns for all portfolio brands ahead of Google Core Web Vitals ranking update
